They immediately changed their business operations post-COVID and I feel like all of their resorts don't look out for their guests like they used to. Sad!Ĭaesars in Vegas just does not care anymore. In my opinion they are another vegas scam taking people's money. I would not be surprised if this hotel closes its doors in the near future. My suggestion is to go anywhere but here. But at $250 a night we were extremely disappointed with what we experienced. Not expecting anything classy or luxurious. We are a middle aged, middle class couple from MN just going on a getaway vacation. Night 3 during the very early morning hours people were outside beating on our door. I would still be charged the $250 per night even if we decided to leave. Called and asked if I could cancel my other 2 days there and was told no. Day 2 no electricity for 3 hours and again no hot water.
Asked for room change, not much better but ok. First room had a nasty shower and there was actual spit balls hanging from the ceiling.
